Hello and welcome to St Thomas’s Centre
We are extremely proud & feel very privileged to be the acting headteachers of St Thomas’s Centre. This is a great school where great things happen.
We are a pupil referral unit located within Blackburn with Darwen Local Authority. St Thomas’s provides both full and part time education for up to 161 young people aged 5 – 16.
St Thomas’s works with students who have or who are experiencing difficulties in the mainstream setting due to medical, social, emotional or behavioral needs. We believe that all our pupils are entitled to the very best education, through a developed personalised curriculum, delivered by highly dedicated, experienced and qualified staff.
At St Thomas’s we all believe;
“It is our expectation that every pupils succeeds. No exceptions. No excuses.”
